Established in the year 1996, Sharvik Integra is engaged in manufacturing and supplying injection molded components of engineering thermoplastics. Our manufacturing unit is at village Shivne about 20 minutes drive from Pune (Maharashtra).
Manufacturing Facility
Our Injection Molding Unit has the machines specifically designed for processing Engineering Grade Materials such as PC-ABS, ABS, Nylon 6/66. Polycarbonate Etc. We have numerous machines suitable for manufacturing plastic components from under one gram to one hundred grams. We also have all necessary accessories for material preheating, mould temperature control , runner grinding etc.

Over the years, we have accumulated experience and expertise to process most currently used engineering polymers. We are also in a position to provide mould manufacturing services. We serve various industries like Automobile, Industrial electronics, Industrial electrical, refrigeration, Defense and many more. We specialize in enclosures for industrial electronic products, home security and safety products and also high end electrical switching. We also make critical functional internal parts for numerous industries. Recently we have started regular supplies to a private defense manufacturer for critical UAV parts.
We also manufacture and export our own product – Camlock , This is a plastic fastener for foamed PU panels . In addition to above mentioned components we take pride in manufacturing plastic components for the social entrepreneurship sector. We make parts for solar lantern designed to replace kerosene lamps used by tribals. NDRF also uses these lamps during natural disasters.
